Does the AI make up names, prices or tax numbers?

No. Company details, GSTINs, addresses, joining dates, prices and document numbers are read from your records. The model writes wording, like the body of a letter, and ForgeDocs keeps the two apart, so a fact on your document is never something that just sounded right.

What happens when two people have the same name?

ForgeDocs lists every match with the details that tell them apart, such as employee ID, department and email, and waits for you to choose. From then on it uses that record’s ID, not the name, for the rest of the conversation.

Who adds up the invoice?

The application does. Subtotal, discounts, taxable value, CGST and SGST or IGST, rounding and the amount in words are calculated in code, never by the model.

Can I change a document before it’s created?

Yes. Every field can be edited, and a live preview updates as you type. For letters and invoices, ForgeDocs shows a summary to confirm before it generates anything.

How does someone check that a certificate is genuine?

Every document carries a QR code and a verification link. Anyone can open it without an account and see that the document is real and who issued it. The page shows only what is needed to confirm that, and it is kept out of search engines.

What if a document that’s already issued needs a correction?

Edit it and ForgeDocs saves a new version. The original is kept, and you can see what changed between them.

Which currencies can documents use?

Indian rupees, US, Singapore, Australian and Canadian dollars, euros, pounds sterling and UAE dirhams. GST is applied to rupee documents only, and the amount in words uses lakh and crore for rupees.
